After a machine is designed Novi Precision sources local suppliers to manufacture the details of the machine. When the components are received in-house they are painted, sub-assemblies are built, and the machine is assembled. Upon machine completion our builders and controls engineers work hand in hand to debug the system and prove out the machine.

Service
Service is one of the most important aspects of Total Customer Satisfaction. Novi Precision prides themselves on their service and it's a way we separate ourselves in the industry. The key to our success is keeping the builders, controls engineers, and all parties involved in the design, build, and programming of you machine as your service team. Thus, by using the employees who built your machine as service personnel, we provide an expert that can troubleshoot and fix issues in a timely manner.

- Service personnel for North America and Canada comes from our Brighton, Michigan facility.
International Support
- NPP can provide service technicians based around the world for international customers. These technicians are locally based, speak the native language, and are the first line of defense for service needs.
